Nigerians have responded following reports that singer Zinoleesky has purchased a mansion valued at over N500 million.
The purchase was made in celebration of his 24th birthday today. Naira Marley, the singer’s record label boss, shared a video of the new property on Instagram.
In the video, both singers can be seen dancing and celebrating. Naira Marley described the house’s interior design as exquisite and extended his well wishes to Zinoleesky on his birthday.
He wrote:
“Happy Gday @zinoleesky 🎂🥳🔥🎶🍾 and congrats on ur new house 🏠 the interior’s crazyyyyyy won’t lie.. more blessing my loyalist baba zendayah.. Marlians lawa…”

Recall that Controversial Nigerian musician Naira Marley has experienced a boom in his social media fan base.He has now regained 100,000 followers in the last few weeks. This follows a dramatic drop of more than 500,000 followers in the middle of scandal and public protest the previous year over the death of Mohbad.
The terrible murder of Mohbad set off the turbulent events of last year and resulted in a barrage of criticism aimed against Naira Marley and his assistant, Sam Larry.
Social media users voiced their complaints and accused the musician and his crew of being part of the regrettable event.
Following Mohbad’s passing, a substantial portion of Naira Marley’s fan base and followers cut ties with him by going on a major unfollowing spree. The artist’s scandal intensified when damning videos surfaced, exacerbating the situation.
Furthermore, several music outlets, including MTVBase and Soundcity, openly announced that they were no longer associated with Naira Marley’s music.
They said that they would not be playing his songs, which was a big blow to the musician. But in an unexpected turn of events, Naira Marley’s Instagram profile now has 100,000 more followers, which has allowed him to get some traction again on social media.
The intense criticism he faced seems to have lessened, according to observers, with some Nigerians even showing signs of forgiving him.
