Portable, a controversial Nigerian street artist, has recently unveiled a new single detailing the events leading up to his arrest by the authorities.

The artist was taken into custody due to his failure to fully pay off a 27 million naira G-Wagon that he had purchased several months prior.

Video footage of the incident quickly spread across social media, showing Portable attempting to evade arrest by leaping over a gate before ultimately being apprehended and placed in a police vehicle.

Following his arrest, he was later released on bail and took to social media to inform his followers of his regained freedom.

Despite the ordeal, Portable has now dropped a fresh track titled “Spiderman,” incorporating audio from the moment of his arrest.

In the song, the artist suggests that owing debts is the key to longevity, and he reflects on his instinct to flee when confronted with danger.

The lyrics say in part,

Call me Spiderman, I saw danger, I jumped the fence. They say I owe money; if you want to live long, owe them debt, let them owe you. It’s a rich man who owes a car debt.”

In other news, Portable and his wife, Bewaji, have once again found themselves embroiled in a heated feud, this time sparked by Bewaji’s Instagram post.

In her recent declaration, she proclaimed herself a Queen and criticized the lack of gratitude displayed by some individuals. Urging her followers to prioritize their happiness, she highlighted the ease with which people forget acts of kindness.

Bewaji wrote:

This life just do what pleases u, because they will only appreciate you only at that moment when they needed you after that they have forgotten, next thing you go hear if you no do am another person go do am, human forget kindness easily.

THE QUEEN 🥰😍😍

However, Portable wasted no time launching a scathing attack on his wife in the comments section. He vehemently asserted that she is utterly insignificant without his presence in her life.

Blaming Bewaji for the diminishing respect he now receives from others, he questioned what more he could do for her, highlighting her perpetual state of unhappiness.

Accusing his wife of jealousy due to his fathering children with other women, despite her previous claim of no longer desiring childbirth, Portable vehemently rejected the notion of being controlled by her. He insinuated that she was attempting to manipulate him.

Furthermore, Portable made it a point to remind Bewaji that he covers all her expenses, suggesting that she should leave if she is truly unhappy. He also warned her of the long line of women eagerly waiting to take her place should she choose to depart.

He stated:

“‘If they remove my name from your name you are nothing. You h*te me because another woman had a child for me.

Were you not the one that said you have stopped childbearing? Everything I do for you, you are not grateful. It is my money you love. You always tell me everytime that you would leave but enjoyment did not allow you to. You are an ungrateful woman.

Ask your mother if your father took care of her like I do. There are women begging me to come back. The moment you leave, you are not coming back to my house. Go if you want to go, I am not your slave”.
