Renowned Colombian actress Alina Lozano Acosta, aged 55, has disclosed that she is pregnant for her husband, Jim Velásquez, a 24-year-old influencer.
They tied the knot a few months ago and have recently announced the joyful news of their pregnancy on their Instagram account.
The couple has been transparent about their personal lives on social media, despite facing occasional negativity from some followers.
Their pregnancy announcement has garnered both admiration and curiosity from their followers.
Initially, Alina and Jim had hoped to conceive naturally, but they soon realized the biological limitations due to Alina’s age. Nevertheless, they opted for in vitro fertilization.
Alina has emerged as a vocal supporter of the in vitro fertilization process, openly discussing the financial and emotional commitment it requires.
“Friends, conceiving naturally is difficult, but science has advanced a lot. You have to find an egg donor and go through the entire process, which is very long. You also need to save some money, but it is possible. It’s a lot of money, but it was worth it because you can see that our little miracle is coming,”she wrote.
In other news, Rihanna, the billionaire singer, has revealed she plans to expand her family by having more children with his partner, A$AP Rocky.
Despite already having two kids in under three years, she expressed her openness to the idea.
Rihanna mentioned that she had been hoping for a daughter but ended up having boys instead.
This revelation was made during her feature in the latest edition of Interview Magazine.
“As many as God wants me to have… I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl. But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy,” she said.
The Barbadian superstar also gushed about how stylish his American partner, rapper A$AP Rocky is.
She said,
“I be feeling bummy as s**t next to this man. I feel like, goddamn, I look like his assistant. I’m getting on a plane. We should be in sweats. He wants to be in a full Bottega suit. I’m like, ‘Why you got to do that to me?’”

The couple welcomed their first child, a son named RZA, on May 19, 2022. They had their second son, Riot Ross, in August 2023.
