Florence Otedola, widely recognized as DJ Cuppy, has opened up about her dedication to sharing her mistakes with fellow women to help them learn from her experiences and avoid the same errors she once made.

Through her X platform, DJ Cuppy has expressed her deep affection for speaking out and sharing her mistakes, intending to enable other women to gain knowledge and avoid making the same foolish missteps.

She expressed her heartfelt appreciation to @Ttall and @tessysbrunches for providing her with the platform to do so.

DJ Cuppy firmly believes that each lesson learned presents an opportunity to support others in achieving success, underscoring the significance of imparting wisdom through personal experiences.

In her own words:

I love speaking and sharing my mistakes so other women can learn from them and avoid the same silly pitfalls! Thank you for having me, @Ttall @tessysbrunches.

“Every lesson learned is an opportunity to help someone else succeed.”

Recall In December 2022, DJ Cuppy acknowledged her connection with Taylor, following a viral video suggesting a marriage proposal.

Rumors of a separation surfaced on July 15, when the pair unfollowed each other on social media.

Cuppy spoke at a recent Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ) conference in London on some of the challenges she has faced in her life.

She discussed her unsuccessful jewelry line and scholastic difficulties at Oxford.

Cuppy also announced that she is no longer engaged while remaining optimistic about her future.

DJ Cuppy, also expressed sorrow over her past actions. She expressed deep regret for saying yes to her ex-fiancé, Ryan Taylor.

Speaking at a recent international event, DJ Cuppy stated that she has now understood that it is acceptable to say “No.”

She said:

One of the things I have learned is saying no. I had one of the worst years of my life last year because I couldn’t say no. I didn’t say no to opportunities that I should have said no to. I didn’t say no to a fiancé I should’ve said no to. I didn’t say no to taking things on.

“I was at the BBC; I had a morning breakfast show, then I was DJing, i was planning a wedding, I was in Oxford University. I burnt myself out. And none of us are either good to ourselves or other people when we burnt out. So, we have to deal with that guilt that comes with saying no. It’s okay to say no.”
Remember that Cuppy and Ryan split up in July 2023, just seven months after their stunning engagement in November 2022.
