Paul Okoye, the well-known Nigerian musician and one-half of the Psquare music duo, recently took to social media to express his appreciation for his ex-wife, Anita Okoye, on Mother’s Day.
Despite their divorce being finalized in 2022, Paul decided to publicly honor Anita for her role as the mother of their three children.
On Mother’s Day, Paul shared a heartfelt post on his Instagram account, accompanied by a lovely photo of Anita and their children.
In this touching message, he conveyed warm wishes to Anita, acknowledging her dedication and love as a mother.
Anita Okoye, in a response that demonstrated her maturity and gratitude for the sentiment, reposted Paul Okoye’s message on her social media page.

In other news, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu welcomed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to Lagos on Sunday as they wrapped up their visit to Nigeria.
Throughout their stay in the country, the royal couple actively engaged in various activities in Abuja and Kaduna.
During a press briefing at the State House in Marina, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised Prince Harry and Meghan for their significant contributions to Nigeria’s military personnel, particularly in mental health support.
Expressing his hope for a return visit from the couple, the governor also mentioned his wish that Meghan has Yoruba heritage.
On his Instagram account, Governor Sanwo-Olu shared images from their time in Lagos with a caption.
He stated:
“It was a pleasure to welcome the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and share the vibrant culture of Lagos with our esteemed guests
“They are on a visit to Nigeria promoting the Invictus Games, a special initiative aimed at raising funds and supporting serving military members as well as veterans to overcome their physical and mental illnesses or injuries, which would help them develop a sense of belonging and increased self esteem.
“We discussed the pivotal role mental health plays in holistic wellness, particularly for our military personnel. I commend the Duke and Duchess for spotlighting this crucial issue. Their commitment to supporting our heroes in uniform is truly inspiring.
“We also discussed the amazing work they are doing with the Invictus Games and the valuable global insights that will be beneficial for us. Were excited about the potential collaborations that could help our veterans and active military members feel more supported.
