The family of the late Nollywood actor Johnpaul Obumneme Odonwodo, also known as Jnr Pope, has now issued an updated poster outlining his funeral plans.

It appears that the family has taken into account the feedback received and included the term ‘husband’ in the tributes section, addressing previous concerns.

An earlier poster that caused controversy online was confirmed to be unauthorized by Junior Pope’s family.

The updated poster has addressed this inconsistency by recognizing Junior Pope as a son, brother, husband, father, and grandson in the tributes.

As per the revised plans, Junior Pope’s funeral will take place on May 17, 2024, in his hometown of Enugu.
