In other news, Lucy Edet, a Big Brother Naija reality star, has revealed a heartbreaking encounter she had with Davido’s security.

This is not the first time someone has complained about the singer’s strict security, who has a habit of mistreating anyone who crosses their path.

Lucy claimed that she was at a party with a companion when one of the singers’ convoys nearly hit them, but she was rescued. However, Lucy did not leave the club without insulting them.

She also stated that several boys were given dirty slaps by his security.

Lucy explained in pidgin, saying:

“Na so somebody’s chop slap early momo as we were leaving the club because of Davido. The security details held the kind of guns you saw in movies. Na Baba God save me and my friend, one of the mumu convoys nearly hit me as my friend. I abused them wella”.

Recall that a businesswoman has been overjoyed after Afrobeats singer Davido patronized her guinea fowl business.

Recall that yesterday afternoon, Davido tweeted that he wanted a guinea fowl on his verified X account.

He posted on Twitter:

“I need Guinea fowl rn so bad.”

The seemingly casual post sparked a whirlwind of reactions, with vendors filling the comment section to offer their services to the artist.

Among them was a seller known as “GUINEAFOWL-BY-AMORI,” who took advantage of the situation by sharing photos and videos of her guinea fowl business and urging her followers to help her tag Davido.

The vendor’s post generated much engagement, eventually drawing Davido’s notice.

Davido fulfilled his word by visiting her guinea fowl farm and even taking photographs with her.

The businesswoman, ecstatic, congratulated Davido on social media, calling him the “Bestest Idolo.”

She wrote:

“To the BESTEST IDOLO!!! Thank you for making me feel warm and welcomed 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 God bless you @davido I Stan and Restan for life🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.”
