The Edo police arrested a young man for shooting adult content with his 4-year-old daughter, and he has now disclosed the reason behind his actions.
Etikonaija previously reported on how some netizens criticized the young man for sharing inappropriate images of his daughter on social media.
Concerned Nigerians on social media brought attention to indecent photos of the child that were posted on the suspect’s Instagram account.
Various inappropriate images of minors in bikinis and thongs were found on the young man’s page.
In a recent video circulating online, the man explains that he involved his daughter in adult content intending to make her a celebrity.
He mentioned that he couldn’t create other comedic skits with her due to her young age, so he opted to pursue a modeling career for her.

Recall that, The father also shared a flier featuring a portrait of the minor, naked except for underpants, announcing her birthday party on May 28, 2024, at Spring Leaders Montessori School in Auchi.
Social media users expressed concerns and tagged the appropriate authorities to arrest the men, including the photographer who took the birthday photos.
Spokesperson of the command, SP Chidi Nwabuzor, confirmed the arrest in a statement on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
“The Edo State Police Command is aware of the trending video of a child of about 4 years old conspicuously naked and used as adult content in an undisclosed hotel in Auchi, Edo State,” the statement read.
“The Commissioner of Police Edo State Command, CP Funsho Adegboye, immediately drafted a tactical team to go all out and arrest the suspect and his cohort.
“Within 12 hours, the father of the girl was arrested. Investigation has commenced further revelation will be made known to the public.
“The CP therefore appeals to the good citizens of Nigeria to remain calm that justice will be served.”

During a phone conversation with DAILY POST, she mentioned that the acquaintance introduced her to his sister residing in Libya, who would provide her with accommodation and employment upon arrival.
Reflecting on her initial interactions with the online acquaintance, she stated, “We weren’t particularly close, I can’t even recall his last name.
When he introduced me to his sister, I believed he genuinely wanted to help me. I never suspected any ulterior motives.
