The label’s collaborative efforts have resulted in numerous chart-topping hits, including iconic songs like “Dorobucci” and “Amina,” which have impacted the music industry.

MAVIN Records has provided a platform for artists to launch their careers, with talents like Johnny Drille, Ayra Starr, Rema, Ladipoe, Crayon, and Bayanni flourishing under Don Jazzy’s mentorship, showcasing their musical abilities and versatility.

Despite the departure of former members like Tiwa Savage and Reekado Banks, who have continued to excel in the industry, MAVIN Records remains successful under Don Jazzy’s guidance.

In other news, Actress Shan George has requested musician Wizkid to apologize to music producer Don Jazzy for referring to him as an ‘influencer’.

Wizkid claimed this in a post on X on Monday, in response to a tweet by Don Jazzy’s signee Ladipoe.

Ladipoe wrote on X:

“Nigerian rappers that survived ‘hip hop is dead’ watching Afrobeat artists go through their own,”

Reacting to Ladipoe’s statement on X on Monday, Wizkid wrote:

“Lol. Never chatting to anyone signed to an influencer. Next.”

Hours later, Shan George requested Wizkid apologize for his insult in an Instagram post.

The actress wrote:

“Dear Wizkid, love u . But u really owe Don Jazzy a big Apology. Let me start by Apologising on Wizkid’s behalf. Abeg make una no too vex. Shalom.”
