Adanma Juliet Luke, a prominent figure in Nollywood, recently expressed deep sorrow online as she paid tribute to her colleagues and workers who tragically lost their lives during the production of her movie.
In a touching video shared by Adanma, she reminisced about moments spent with the departed individuals, including Jnr Pope, Abigail, Friday, Precious, and Olanti, during their time on set.
The actress conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the grieving families, acknowledging the profound pain they must be experiencing.
In a solemn prayer, Adanma beseeched the Almighty to provide solace and eternal rest to the departed souls.
She wrote:
“My brother Junior Pope, my makeup artist Abigail, My hard working Friday, Precious and Olanti My heart is shattered in pieces as I write this.
I’m broken. I do not have any words, no words are enough to explain this pain. I find myself praying, how can we turn back the hands of time?
My heart bleeds for your families who are in pain that cannot even be described.
May God who sees and knows everything, in his infinite mercy give you peace and rest,”
In other news, Destiny Etiko a prominent Nigerian actress, In a heartfelt message on her Instagram page, Destiny expressed how life has once again revealed its painful side by taking him away.She acknowledged that no amount of time can replace what has been lost, but she remains hopeful that he is aware of the love he was surrounded by.
It has been a week since the passing of Nollywood actor, Junior Pope, due to drowning. Many are still struggling to come to terms with his death, including Destiny Etiko.
In a solemn vow, Destiny promised that Junior Pope would always be remembered, and his memory would be cherished by her and others for as long as they lived.
She believes that he will continue to walk alongside them, regardless of what the future holds. Referring to him as a legend, she bid him to rest in peace.
She wrote:
“Life has shown us again its hurtful side by taking you away from us when we didn’t see it coming. There’s no way to make up for time lost and now gone but I hope wherever you are, you know that you are truly loved
You’ll never be forgotten JP As long as we are living We’ll carry you with us safely tucked within our hearts. Your light will always shine; A glowing ember never stilled, Throughout the end of time.
