An official from the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) has verified that Bobrisky, a crossdresser, still possesses his male genitalia.
This confirmation was made in a report by Punch. The official disclosed the findings of their examination after Bobrisky, the controversial crossdresser, was admitted to the correctional facility.
A high-ranking official at the Ikoyi Custodial Centre, who spoke confidentially to PUNCH correspondents, revealed that the crossdresser, who received a 6-month jail sentence, underwent examination upon admission to the Custodial Centre.
The examination revealed that Bobrisky had not undergone any surgical or other procedures to alter his gender or his male reproductive organs, contrary to his claims.
The official stated:
“Bobrisky made a public declaration that he was a male and court proceedings are public records. Every inmate brought into a facility during admission is examined. He was equally examined and no realignment of gender or genital organ was discovered. The male biological features were the same.
“After that, a cell was allocated to him, and he had a certain number of inmates with him. A bed space was also allotted to him. It is just like a boarding house where your housemaster will issue you your personal belongings.”
It was further added that Bobrisky isn’t given preferential treatment, maintaining that he observes the rules like everyone else.
“When it is time for class, he attends. When it is time for food, he will go and get his portion. The same goes with prep and light out. He observes all these without preference. He has been going about his business just like other inmates since he was brought in here.”
He also clarified the viral reports that the crossdresser was being protected against likely abuse from his fellow male inmates.
“He is not getting any five-star treatment and is not being protected from anybody. He follows the same rules and regulations just like every other inmate. Single cells of isolation cells are to prevent outbreaks of communicable diseases.
In a male prison, homosexuality is outlawed and it is a grievous offence. Sodomy or homosexuality, is frowned upon here in the custodial centre. So any inmate that tries to violate him will face the law,” the official added.
In other news, James Brown, a well-known crossdresser, has sympathized with his senior colleague, Bobrisky in a heartfelt solidarity message.Bobrisky was recently arrested and detained by the EFCC for allegedly abusing the naira and mutilating it. It has been reported that Bobrisky was seen in videos spraying naira notes, leading to his arrest.
Some individuals, including activist Verydarkman, have suggested that Bobrisky’s detention may be related to his cross-dressing activities.
In light of these events, James Brown took the time to express his support for Bobrisky. He mentioned that he understands what Bobrisky is going through, as he has experienced detention in the past.
James Brown conveyed his sympathy and offered words of encouragement to Bobrisky during this challenging time.
He wrote;
