Popular musician Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, as Iyanya, has debunked claims that he slept with a female fan he met at Davido’s ‘Timeless’ event last year.
According to the Etikonaija, Iyanya revealed that he took the female fan, Florence, on a date to assist her overcome her depression, and even bought her a phone.
A blogger with the X handle @Antiape1 recently said that Iyanya revealed that he bought Florence an iPhone despite only sleeping with her twice.
The blogger wrote:
“I slept with Florence just twice, and I gave her the iPhone I promised her – Iyanya confessed in a new interview.”
Reacting to the tweet, Iyanya denied making any such comment.
He wrote:
“Are you mad or something? Where did I say such a thing? How can a woman be trying to be evil towards another woman? Post a video where I said that.”
Recall that the Nigerian musician Iyanya recalled his encounter with a gorgeous lady at his colleague Davido’s Timeless performance in 2023.
Recall that following his appearance at Davido’s concert in April 2023, he stated that he was hunting for a lady with whom he was interested.
He added that the lady, Florence, showed admiration for him when he was playing onstage.
He met her for lunch and then went on a boat excursion with her. However, he received critical feedback from social media users who chastised him for stealing Florence from her fiancé.
In a recent interview with Naija FM, Iyanya denied removing herself from her lover. He went on to remark that her eyes, not her physique, piqued his curiosity.
After contacting her, he learned that her father had cancer, and she had simply taken the night off to have some fun. In light of this, the “Kukere” singer agreed to help her.
Meanwhile, Rachel Edwards, an ex-BBNaija housemate and actress, has spoken out on the contentious topic of conducting DNA tests.
According to her, a man’s request for a DNA test from his wife is a crime.
This occurred when Abazz, an Internet user, submitted a question on the microblogging site X, asking others what they felt about DNA testing.
The reality TV personality responded by stating that it should be unlawful for a guy to ask his wife for a DNA test.
She went on to ask why a man would marry a woman he did not trust in the first place.
She said:
“Asking your wife for DNA Test, should be a criminal offense, if you don’t trust her, why marry her in the first place.”
