Rita Edochie, a Nollywood actress, has disparaged Judy Austin, the second wife of her nephew Yul Edochie.
A few hours earlier, Etikonaija reported that Judy had chastised women living a wayward lifestyle, leaving many puzzled.
Her husband, the pastor, had already hinted at her coming to his monthly Sunday service. True to his word, he brought his wife on the live stream, where she advised women leading irresponsible lives.
Judy discussed how relationships often cause female students who are sent to school to lose focus on their academics. She mentioned how these women marry while still in school and give up their education to support their husbands due to wealth.
Judy urged the ladies not to succumb to peer pressure and to avoid self-destructive behaviors.
Reacting to her message, she wondered how a lady could keep someone’s spouse hostage while blabbing now and then.
She did, however, admit that she laughed at her because she knew her fate would be horrible. Rita observed that one should never insult God.
She wrote:
“How can you hold somebody’s husband to ransom and you are blabbing every now and then?
But I laugh because the end will be disastrous. You can never mock God. What He will do will shock you”.
In other news, the actress lashed out at people talking down on single parents and divorcees.
According to Rita, some single parents and divorcees are far better than some women who are married and live with their husbands.
She claimed it on her Instagram page.
She wrote:
‘’STOP TALKING DOWN ON SINGLE MOTHERS AND DIVORCEES, TAGGING THEM IRRESPONSIBLE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE DIVORCE.
SEE EHNN, DON’T TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO DETERMINE IF A WOMAN IS RESPONSIBLE OR WAYWARD IS HER ABILITY TO BE IN MARRIAGE WITH A MAN, I CAN NEVER AGREE TO THAT.
THERE ARE MILLIONS OF SINGLE PARENTS AND DIVORCEES OUT THERE WHO ARE MORE RESPONSIBLE THAN MOST WOMEN THAT ARE IN THEIR HUSBANDS HOUSES.
THESE WOMEN TEND TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND RESOURCEFUL. THEY ARE CAPABLE BREADWINNERS WHO COMFORTABLY PAY THEIR BILLS AND THAT OF THEIR KIDS.”
