An aggrieved lady has tackled gospel singer Moses Bliss over his marriage to Ghanaian lawyer Marie Wiseborn.

He slammed the Nigerian singer for choosing to marry a Ghanaian woman rather than a Nigerian.

The woman going by @RealySapelePikin questioned if he had no other options for marriage outside of Ghana, given the abundance of women in Nigeria.

She said that although his songs are streamed and listened to by Nigerians, he decided to marry someone from another nation.

She lamented the lack of importance Nigerian men placed on women, yet they would always go above and beyond for women from other nations.

In other news, Reno Omokri, a well-known controversial media figure, recently expressed his thoughts on Moses Bliss’s marriage to a Ghanaian woman. He offered some explanations for Moses Bliss’s decision to wed in Ghana rather than Nigeria.

He claimed that, having visited Ghana, he found its ladies to be more approachable than those of many Nigerian women.

He also said that in Ghana and several other nations, women can fall in love without requiring men to give them money.

He went on to say that there would be a huge epidemic of single women in Nigeria if the country were granted visa-free or visa-on-arrival access.

This is because many Nigerian men travel within Africa, and once they come across a beautiful woman who is not concerned with money, they quickly lose interest in Nigerian women.

He wrote:

“I can understand why Moses Bliss married a Ghanaian. I have been to Ghana, and their women tend to be easier to relate with than many Southern Nigerian women. In fact, is love without billing still possible in Southern Nigeria? In our part of the world, ‘He is loving’ means ‘He is spending. When you tell many Southern Nigerian girls, ‘I love you’, they hear,

‘You owe h re’. Especially those with Industrial Money

If Nigeria had visa-free access to more countries, there would be an epidemic of unmarried women in Nigeria.

Because when Southern Nigerian men travel within Africa and outside Africa and encounter beautiful women who are not money conscious, they quickly lose their appetite for Nigerian women. Already, Nigerian men are considered a catch by South African and Kenyan women.

We urgently need a cultural reorientation amongst our women. Especially in Southern Nigeria. The monetisation of relationships in Southern Nigeria is just too suffocating. I am well-traveled, andhamsel to see the level of commercialisation of romance Kave seen in Southern Nigeria. I call it as I see it!”
