Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, also known as Odumodublvck, has denounced the ongoing social media reaction against Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
We noted that Adeboye was heavily criticized on social media after he was believed to have remarked:
“Nigeria’s problems are spiritual”.
However, in response to the outrage against the RCCG head, Odumodublvck stated that Muslims do not abuse their clerics in the same manner Christians do.
He stated that Adeboye deserved to be honored by Christian youths, regardless of his age.
On his X account, Odumodublvck wrote:
“Pastor Adeboye never insulted no one on this app.
“You do not see Muslims come out to insult their clerics. Then later we complain that our religion is being stepped on.
“Even based on age wise, una no fit follow una papa talk the way una dey follow Adeboye talk. And he senior una papa and mama.
“That’s why I never rated you n*ggas on this app. Una double standards choke.”
In other news, a Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to express shock after finding out how much rapper, Odumodublvck charges for a show. The lady revealed that her friend wanted the rapper to perform at her wedding ceremony, only to be told that the rapper charges N25 million.
She took to Twitter and wrote:
“A friend of mine wants Odumodu to perform at her wedding, and guess how much she was told?? 25m lmaoo
”
