Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins has slammed her colleague, Yul Edochie.
She joined Angela Okorie to lambast Yul for saying in a post on Tuesday that late actor, Junior Pope betrayed him.
Although he didn’t specifically mention Junior Pope, however, many people understood that the post was geared towards the late actor.
Yul revealed that many people have questioned his absence from the actor’s burial and his silence following his death.
The thespian described the late actor as a dear friend and brother, but he continually stabbed him in the back.
Yul Edochie also stated that he will give full facts of the incident to assist others learn from it.
However, several social media users have speculated that Yul was referring to the late actor John Paul Odowondo, also known as Junior Pope.
Sarah responded with a post on her Instagram page claiming that Yul wants to utilise Junior Pope to trend and generate money on Facebook.
She also questioned the movie star about who would defend the late Junior Pope, claiming that his second wife, Judy Austin, is responsible for the social media post.
She wrote, “Yul Edochie!!! So like this na you wan use the late Junior Pope trend and make money on Facebook huh??? You should be ashamed of your broke self! Hungry Odiegwu!!!.
“I’m 100% sure say an Judy dey push you to dey type that nonsese you typed. So who wan come defend am now wey he don kpai??? Make una try dey get consciense. Very anyhow person.”
In other news, Elsa Adams, a youth corps member, has been confirmed dead just 6 days to his marriage.
Elsa who is a serving member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Esla Adams died in a tragic motor accident six days before his wedding introduction.
Esla, from Akwanga, Nasarawa State, died in the accident that occurred on Monday morning, May 20, 2024, along the Akwanga-Lafia motorway.
Esla’s marriage introduction was slated for May 26, 2024.
The deceased graduated from the University of Jos in Plateau State.
He was well-known for metal fabrication and welding, with a workshop on Keffi Road in Akwanga.
According to a family statement, he will be buried on Friday, May 24.
This is following the funeral service at ERCC ‘Bethel Land’ in Angwan Kpandom, Akwanga, Nasarawa State.
The burial service will begin with a wake on Thursday, May 23rd, followed by a candlelight procession from Lafia Road to the famed White House in Akwanga’s Angwan Attah neighbourhood.
Sympathisers were asked to dress in black for the candlelight march, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, friends and family have flocked to Facebook to mourn him.
“Bro Esla Adams, I am so speechless hearing about ur demise after all the years in University of Jos a current serving corp member preparing for ur marriage introduction 26th of this month. You are no more yesterday. ahhhh what a world. We just meet in lafia on Sunday, Monday u are no more. Tor we can’t question God. May soul find rest in Bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ,” one Comr Simon Lukeson wrote.
