Instagram blogger Cutie Juls has shared an alleged conversation between BBNaija’s Queen Mercy Atang and her ex-lover, Lord Lamba.
In the conversation, Lamba accused her of seeing another man while they were dating.
The conversation also showed that Mercy’s husband, David, had been caring for their little daughter.
During the conversation, Lamba challenged Mercy about her connection with her fiance, suggesting that she had been seeing him while they were dating.
He stated that Queen had gotten engaged after they disagreed and that she had previously told him that her fiancé, David, was only an acquaintance from the United Kingdom.
The conversation reads:
“Queen I’m not taking this anymore firstly, I need too see my child this week. common this is wickedness. You blocked me everywhere. have always wanted.I have always wanted to be with my daughter, now you a giving me conditions While you have always been with another man, even when we were still dating, but you busy monitoring me. In other news, Lord Lamba has denied reports that he tried dodging responsibilities concerning his daughter with reality star, Queen Atang. He stated unequivocally his commitment to protecting his daughter’s privacy on social media.
According to him, if everything had gone as planned, he would not have wanted the world to see his daughter’s face from the start.
He indicated a genuine wish to protect his child from future online harassment. Lamba vehemently defended his right as a father to decide on his daughter’s social media presence, expressing fears about cyberbullying’s damaging influence.
To clear up any confusion, Lamba stated that his reluctance to publicly display his daughter does not indicate a lack of commitment to her upbringing.
He offered examples of active engagement in her upbringing, such as birthday parties and playdates, to demonstrate his commitment to her well-being.
Lamba acknowledged the public scrutiny that he and Queen faced and emphasized the need to protect his daughter’s privacy as a child.
He emphasized the difference between in-person encounters and online exposure, claiming that quality time spent together trumps social media show-offs.
Lamba concluded his statement with an emotional confession of love for his daughter, reaffirming his resolve to shield her from the dangers of online exposure and saying that his child isn’t clickbait or his trade.
In his words:
“First of all God knows i sincerely don’t want my child’s face on social media because I don’t want her to get trolled and yes I have the right to do that I am her Father
I see comments of people saying I don’t want to be in my kid’s life,if I didnt want to claim my child publicly I wouldn’t have been at her birthday party, I wouldn’t have taken her out for play date ,but anyways my interest is my daughter and I will do anything to protect her , my self and her mom are public figures , but she is only a minor .
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE TO ALLOW MY CHILD GROW AND DECIDE IF SHE WANTS TO BE IN SOCIAL MEDIA OR NOT .. The fact I have seen children trolled and called names on social media probably because parents are public figures. Me spending time with my child in public ( real life ) makes more sence to me than social media . My child is not a click bait or my craft … I LOVE YOU KAILEH.”
