Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, a popular Nigerian rapper, has caused quite a stir on social media by proclaiming himself the “most peaceful Afrobeats artiste” in the country.

This declaration emerged amidst a passionate discussion initiated by influencer Mbah, regarding the ongoing clash between two of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, Davido and Wizkid.

The Twitterverse was abuzz when Mbah posed a straightforward yet captivating question to his followers.

“Who is the most peaceful Afrobeats artiste?” the question inquired.

This query sparked a flurry of responses and opinions from music enthusiasts and fans across the platform.

However, it was Odumodublvck who fearlessly stepped into the limelight, seizing the opportunity to assert his claim as the most peace-loving figure in the Afrobeats scene.

In a swift and confident reply to Mbah’s question, Odumodublvck quoted the post and accompanied it with a photo of himself, subtly suggesting that he embodies the essence of tranquility among his peers.

Odumodublvck’s statement comes at an opportune time, coinciding with rising tensions between Davido and Wizkid, two important personalities in Nigeria’s music industry.

Recall that Odumodublvck denounced the ongoing social media reaction against Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. We noted that Adeboye was heavily criticized on social media after he was believed to have remarked:

 “Nigeria’s problems are spiritual”.

However, in response to the outrage against the RCCG head, Odumodublvck stated that Muslims do not abuse their clerics in the same manner Christians do.

He stated that Adeboye deserved to be honored by Christian youths, regardless of his age.

On his X account, Odumodublvck wrote:

“Pastor Adeboye never insulted no one on this app.

“You do not see Muslims come out to insult their clerics. Then later we complain that our religion is being stepped on.

“Even based on age wise, una no fit follow una papa talk the way una dey follow Adeboye talk. And he senior una papa and mama.

“That’s why I never rated you n*ggas on this app. Una double standards choke.”

The vocalist of “Declan Rice” expressed his strong belief that no musician paved the route for his musical achievement because of his difficult experience.

Although no musician had opened the path for him, he acknowledged that previous rappers had influenced him.

Odumodublvck wrote on his X handle:

“When my father died my family was poor. We could not pay hospital bed space of 70k [N70,000]. We had to take him home.

“Coming to tell me about paving the way for me? That’s God, brother. No use your ego counter reason my reality, bros.
“I agree say you inspire me. But bros, you pave the way for nobody. Nobody!

“I hate when n*ggas try to play God.”
