Tunde Ednut, a self-proclaimed entertainer, has been criticized and condemned by netizens for spreading criticism of the famous player Alex Iwobi.
Understandably, Alex Iwobi received a lot of criticism for his performance in the AFCON final against Cote d’Ivoire, which Nigeria lost 2-1.
Iwobi, whose performance was judged terrible, received widespread condemnation from Nigerians on various social media sites.
In response, Tunde Ednut shared a video of a man criticizing Iwobi and condemning him for the sort of postings on his Instagram profile, which he claims do not reflect those of a player.
The man went on to call Iwobi an ‘Azaman’ instead.
Tunde captioned the video:
“🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Please, let’s all forgive Iwobi please….”
Alex Iwobi quickly removed virtually all of his Instagram postings, leaving only one.
This action also grabbed the notice of Ednut, who reposted the following:
“As una don cuuuurse am for all him pictures, Iwobi has deleted all his pictures and videos leaving just one image on his page. It’s not fair what you guys are doing.”
In the comment section, a lot of netizens tackled Tunde Ednut for being a major proponent of the criticism by reposting content that aimed at castigating him.
