Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has mocked Meta networks Facebook and Instagram .
This happened after Facebook and Instagram faced technical problems on Tuesday.
Millions of people have complained about logging issues when using social media networks.
According to Downdetector.com, the interruptions began recently, with over 300,000 complaints of outages for Facebook and over 40,000 instances for Instagram.
Although the exact reason for the problems is unknown, Andy Stone, a spokeswoman for Meta, the parent company of both platforms, said that they are aware of the issue.
“We’re aware people are having trouble accessing our services. We are working on this now,” Stone wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Many Facebook and Instagram users have visited X to vent their unhappiness, while others have mocked Meta.
Elon Musk, the owner of X, also took the chance to mock Meta.

Recall that on Tuesday, hundreds of thousands of users worldwide were unable to access Instagram and Meta Platforms’ (META.O) website, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com.
According to the website, there were over 300,000 reports of Facebook outages and over 40,000 reports of Instagram outages when the disruptions began at 10:00 am ET.
“People are experiencing difficulties using our services, as we are aware. A representative for Meta, Andy Stone, stated in a post on the X social network, “We are working on this right now.
The application programming interface for WhatsApp Business was also having problems, according to Meta’s status dashboard. On Downdetector, which analyzes outages by compiling status data from many sources, including users, there were almost 200 complaints of WhatsApp disruptions.
Many users reported that they had been abruptly locked off of the social media sites controlled by Meta, making the outage one of the most popular topics on X, the old Twitter.
